Departure Details & Items to bring for Leo Forum 2010

USJ 8 Delegates :

Friday [ 11th June 2010 ] – Depature Time : 8.00am

Place to meet : SMK USJ 8 ( Please be at school at 7.30am sharp )

Attire : Club T-shirt and jeans/long pants ( no shorts )

Items to bring for forum : Club Uniform ( very important! )

  1. Booth Selling
    • Theme : Fiesta Of Colours
    • Attire : Club Shirt & Vest with proper shoes
  2. Fellowship Night
    • Theme: “Portez Un Chapeau”
    • Attire: Theme Wear only (Including Lions)
    • Must wear a hat to enter hall
  3. Opening Ceremony
    • Attire: Club Uniform & Vest with proper shoes. .
  4. Banquet
    • Theme: Oscar Nite
    • Attire: Formal dinner attire (Ladies, kindly dress appropriately)
    • F.O.C. has the right not to allow entry for any delegates who dress inappropriately.
  5. Closing Ceremony
